Meet The Team

Our team are highly qualified in all aspects of childcare including NVQ Level 3 in Childcare up to Degree level .

We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development which maintains their motivation, commitment and enjoyment. This could be through long term qualification routes or short courses or in-house training.

Our team are recruited not only for their qualifications but also for their caring and nurturing nature, ensuring that all of our children are cared for in a professional and understanding way. We provide a balance of staff - employing all ages, experiences, cultural backgrounds and both genders presenting positive role models for all the children in our care and creating an atmosphere of inclusion and diversity.

Our team are proud to be part of the Fairytales story and look forward to helping to give your child the most wonderful experience they can have during their time in our care.

Emma Peach

Nursery Manager

Emma has 26 years experience within childcare, including working as a nursery practitioner to a management role.

Emma's experiences have made her very passionate and enthusiastic about working with children, childcare is at the heart of everything she does. She truly want's the best for the children and families she serves. She will always strive to ensure along with the team your child accesses good quality care and education.

Donna Husselbee

Senior Nursery Practitioner

Pixie hollow/Magical kingdom & parent partnership coordinator.

Donna thoroughly enjoys her role as Deputy Manager in such a wonderful nursery. Donna has worked in childcare for 23 years and has also got experience in leadership for the past 19 years. Donna is a mother of 2 children and she understands how hard it is to leave your pride and joy for the first time and that is why she always does her best to support any family when needed.

Donna is also our fantastic parent partnership coordinator who organise's fabulous events for all families in the setting across each month.

I am hardworking busy mummy with 11 years experience of working with children of all ages from babies to holiday clubs, I have always worked in the childcare industry from a nursery apprentice to deputy management, I have my level 3 childcare qualification and my FDA early years degree and have a great passion and love working with children, always want to go gain more qualifications and on going trainings with implementation in her practice,

Deputy Senior in Pixie Hollow and Magical Kingdom areas

I have been involved in childcare since leaving school at 16. I have gained lots of experience in a multitude of areas within childcare, including running my own kids club. Im a bubbly, friendly person who enjoys socialising, I love travelling, exploring new places especially aboard.

Sarah is a mother to Chloe who is 14, as a mother and daughter team we enjoy going to watch the football (our team is Aston Villa) and we are season ticket holders. We also enjoy our holidays together and our favourite destination so far is Jamaica. I'm a level 3 qualified practitioner with a diploma, I have 7 years experience and I'm also paediatric first aid trained.

Amanda Hughes

Nursery Practitioner

Wonderland/Mentor

Amanda is qualified level 3 in childcare and has many years experience along with other training in Makaton to help children with their speech and language.

Amanda is extremely creative and always coming up with new innovative ways to help the children with their development and loves getting stuck in herself and getting VERY messy. She is a key member of the team in the twos room.

Stoyanka Todorova

Deputy Manager - Neverland

Stoyanka is a lovely part of our Pre-School area and has years of experience and has Paediatric First Aid and Level 6 in childcare. Stoyanka loves working with children and finds her job very rewarding to be able to experience each child in her care grow and create their own little personalities.

Stoyanka also thrives on developing each areas with her team to ensure the children in that area get the best learning environment to grow/develop until she transitions them to School.

Laura Archer

Pixie Hollow

Laura is a lovely member, friendly, happy part of our Pre-School room and is a mommy herself. Laura is a qualified level 3 practitioner with SEND, Paediatric First Aid Qualified and has her Food Hygiene Certificate. Laura has always wanted to work with children and loves to watch all the children in her care grow and develop, knowing she has been a big part of the childs life. Laura also creates special bonds with staff, children and parents through her caring nature.

Sarah is very softly spoken and friendly girl. She loves children and has a lovely way with all ages plus they all love her. She is constantly thinking of lots of creative activities for the children which involve plenty of mess in all areas of the nursery. She is always eager to attend new training and loves to develop strong links with our parents.

Surbjit Khuttan

Deputy Manager

Surbjit joined our team in 2022 she has a wealth of management experience and is a qualified childcare practitioner. She holds a foundation degree in early years and loves working with children, parents and families.

Victoria Hunter

Enchanted Forest

Victoria has 6 years experience in Childcare and is a term time worker.

Victoria is a mommy to Four beautiful children and can help/ advice all the families in the setting, as she can relate being a mommy herself.

Victoria has a good bond with the children across the different rooms in the nursery and the children feel very comforted by her. Victoria in her spare time loves to have quality family time with her children.
